Paul Harter - Technical Director

Paul is highly experienced, both at building distributed software systems, and in film and television production. He was a film and video editor for many years before moving into software, creating film and television animation software DigiRostrum, and he now works as a software developer and technology consultant.

Along the way he has worked as a Research Technologist at BBC R&D, designed smart office systems for Arup, been CTO of an agricultural robotics company, and created Printcraft, a 3D printing platform that has helped thousands of kids 3D print their Minecraft creations.

Terry Tyldesley - Head of Product

Terry Tyldesley is a creative technologies and television producer, and director. While working at the BBC she won an RTS Award and a BAFTA nomination for her film making, and she has worked in documentaries and current affairs for a number of broadcasters.

She currently specialises in music and tech, creating, consulting and communicating.

Terry is passionate about making tech easy to use and accessible, and founded inclusive music and tech site and podcast Kitmonsters. She is former Chair of ethical streaming co-operative Resonate, a tutor on the JUMP EU Music Market Accelerator, and lectures at the School of Music Business.

James Arthur - Business Development

Software developer and technology entrepreneur. Co-Founder Hazy, LGN, Opendesk and Post Urban.

Tim Diggins - Technical Advisor

Founder and CTO at Field Notes Communities. Tim is a software designer for creative software, with varied experience as project manager, architect, interaction designer, programmer on web (Web 2.0 back to Web 0.5), database, UI and 3D-authoring projects.
